This post is different from the others. It is not a look back at one week. It is a written-up summary, published on 12 October 2026, of what PersonaCart can do today, based on what is in our code on the staging branch. Period covered: the state of the product as of 12 October 2026.

In short

  • PersonaCart has two halves that stay separate: an online store for creators, and an Academy for people who run teams and classes.
  • Around them sit BioLink, the Pie assistant, a page and theme editor, and AI Connect.
  • We are pre-launch. Everything here is built and being tested on our own accounts. I will not give you customer numbers because I do not have any worth quoting.

The online store

The store is for selling things on your own page. In the code today you can sell courses, digital products, bookable sessions, events, products with options, memberships and subscriptions. Products can have variants, each with its own link. Booking handles services with trainers, deposits, a calendar sync and class schedules that you make once and attach to many products. Checkout supports discounts and a referral flow for your buyers; which plans include them is on the pricing page. Reviews can be switched off, and when they are off they are off everywhere.

The product page has several hero layouts and a block list that decides what shows. The shop page has five card designs that adapt to the product type. If you are moving from Squarespace, Kajabi or WooCommerce, or bringing members from Stripe, there are import connectors.

The AI course generator and the other free tools work without an account.

The Academy

The Academy is for sports clubs, studios and schools. It is separate from the online store, though a family can pay its fees through the store. It has teams with rosters, schedules and RSVPs; a coach app; attendance, planned absences and make-up credits; skill levels and feedback; a parents' inbox with announcements and quiet hours; family accounts that cover several children; and roles. Coaches are free. See the Academy page and the post Academy explained.

BioLink

BioLink is a link-in-bio page that can sell. You can draft and publish it, use one custom domain for it, download your sales as CSV, and take payments on it. It has its own plan, so you can start with BioLink alone. Details are on the BioLink page.

Pie

Pie is the assistant inside the product. It knows its way around the product's pages, such as Reports and the Families page. It stays locked until the creator is on a paid plan. Pie can reschedule a booking and draft or send a reply in your inbox. You can also move its launcher to any corner of the screen.

The editor and themes

You build pages in a visual editor with sections made of blocks, so you can delete or add a heading, a button or a photo. Text, spacing and size controls are in plain words. The theme decides how buttons and boxes look; a section carries only its own content, so changing the theme changes the whole store. A creator can set body text size, heading sizes, corners and colours. An imported page's look is offered as a proposal that you apply on purpose and can undo.

AI Connect

You can connect your own AI assistant. It can read your store and prepare changes, and every change waits in an approval list for you. Every plan includes it; usage volume differs.

Plans and billing

There are three paid plans, Starter, Pro and Scale, and a separate BioLink plan. Coaches in an Academy are free. The billing page lets you manage cards, see invoice history and renewal amounts. Current prices and limits are always on pricing, read live from the product so this post does not go out of date.

How we compare

If you are choosing between tools, the comparison pages set PersonaCart next to Kajabi, Shopify and Teachable, using facts we can source.

What it means for a coach or academy owner

You can run the money side and the people side in one login, but they are not tangled. A parent sees their children. A coach sees their groups. You see the rest.

Where it is weak: the Academy supports one location per academy today. Several locations are on our list. And we have not yet opened the product widely, so there is no long track record to point to.

Frequently asked questions

Is PersonaCart launched?

Not widely. The features described here are built and on our staging branch, and we test them on our own accounts. I do not quote customer numbers because we have none worth quoting.

Is the Academy part of the online store?

No, they are separate. A family can pay fees through the store, but the Academy tools work on their own.

Where do I find current prices?

On the pricing page. It reads plan prices and limits live from the product, so they are never copied into posts like this one.
