Intake answers and notes are free text: whatever you type is stored. Keep health details out. A data processing agreement and a list of sub-processors are in legal review and will be published in a coming release.

Do not store protected health information in PersonaCart. PersonaCart is not HIPAA compliant and does not sign Business Associate Agreements.

The PieOS assistant drafts emails and pages for you, and asks before it acts. Do not paste client health details into it.
Store chat (Pro and Scale)
Answers visitors' questions about your products, policies and FAQs, and hands over to you. It is instructed not to give medical, legal or financial advice.
Not a crisis service
If a visitor's message sounds like a crisis, the chat stops answering, shows one fixed message with the US help lines, including 988, and tells you (Wellness safe mode). It is a safety net, not therapy and not a crisis service: please also show 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, on your own pages.
