    This week's lesson opens on its own

    Lessons unlock on the dates you set. Students work through them, take the unit quiz and see their progress.

  2. Tuesday

    A weekly class with limited seats

    Run a class as a series with a set number of seats. Students hold a seat for the whole block, and a full class keeps a waitlist.

  3. Wednesday

    Tutoring booked without email tag

    Students or parents pick a time on your booking page and pay. Online sessions get a Google Meet or Zoom link.

  4. Thursday

    Packages for regular students

    Sell ten sessions as a package of credits. Each booking spends one, and you can add a credit by hand.

    • Session credits with optional expiry
    • A package for any session or just one
    • Intake questions before payment, such as grade and goals
    • Students reschedule or cancel from their account

  5. End of term

    Certificates without the paperwork

    Students who complete the course and pass the quiz get a certificate automatically.

Reminders: Clients get reminder emails before each booking, at the times you choose, plus an invite for their calendar. Text-message reminders can also go through your own Twilio account, to parents who opt in.

Your students' data

Your student list belongs to you, and students stay in control of their own account.

  • Your client list is yours

    Export your customers at any time, and erase a client's data when they ask.

  • Clients control their account

    Clients can download or delete their own account data, with a grace period to undo.

  • Staff see what their role allows

    Roles are Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer, Support and Coach. A coach sees their own sessions unless you give them more.

  • Cards stay with Stripe

    Payments run through Stripe. PersonaCart never stores card numbers.

  • A cookie banner on your store

    Visitors choose which cookies they accept on your site.

  • Teaching children?

Bring your students and courses with you

Import students from a CSV file. Connect Thinkific to bring your courses as drafts, or Kajabi for offers and contacts.
