PersonaCart runs websites, payments, bookings and Academy programs for youth sports coaches, camps, clubs, yoga teachers and wellness coaches, solo or with a team.

Where does my money go?
Into your own Stripe account. PersonaCart does not hold your payouts.
Is my customers' card data safe with you?
Card numbers are typed into Stripe's form and never stored by PersonaCart.
Who owns my customer list?
You do. Export your customers and orders whenever you like and take them with you.

Card numbers go to Stripe, not to us
Checkout runs on Stripe. Card details are typed into Stripe's own form and never stored by PersonaCart. Money lands in your own Stripe account.
You can export and delete customer data
Download your customers and orders whenever you like. Owners and admins can export one family, or erase a whole family or a single child.
Parents and clients control their own account
A buyer can download their own data or delete their own account. Deletion waits 30 days, and they can cancel it in that time.
Cookie choices for your visitors
Your storefront shows a cookie banner where visitors can accept, reject or choose which cookies run.
Parents and clients pay through Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link.
Children’s data in Academy
Academy is the part of PersonaCart for youth programs and studios: rosters, attendance, waivers and parents.
What is stored about a child
What the owner asks parents for: name and date of birth, emergency contacts, health notes such as allergies, photo consent, authorised pickup people. Plus what the program records: signed waivers, attendance and progress feedback.
Who sees it
The owner and admins. A coach signs in with their own login and sees only the children in the groups they coach. Health alerts show to coaches by default so they can act at practice; on Scale you can set what each coach sees.
How it is removed
Owners and admins can erase a whole family or one child. Payment records are kept because the law requires it, with the personal details removed.
Who can see what
Everyone on your team gets a role: Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer, Support or Coach. Each role only reaches what it needs. Coaches sign in with their own login and see only their own groups.
Moving in, or moving out
Yes. Import from a CSV file or Google Sheet, Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Thinkific or Kajabi, or import pages from your current website, or from Mailchimp, Mindbody, Wix, Calendly and Linktree. Leaving? Export your customers and orders first; they are yours.
Not published yet
A Data Processing Agreement, a sub-processor list and a HIPAA statement are written and waiting for legal review. We will publish them here when they are final, not before.
PersonaCart is a business tool for coaches, not a medical records system. If you are a covered entity under HIPAA, do not store protected health information in notes.
What it costs
Paid plans start at $59 a month (Starter, monthly billing) plus a 2% platform fee on sales. Coaches and teachers you add are free on every paid plan.
