What it costs
Plans start at $59 a month. Platform fee on sales: Starter 2%, Pro 0.5%, Scale 0%, plus Stripe's card fee. Coaches are free on every paid plan. Text reminders go out through your own Twilio account.
Moving and your data
Bring customers and products from Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Thinkific, Kajabi, a CSV file or a Google Sheet, Mailchimp, Mindbody, Wix, Calendly or Linktree. Cards are handled by Stripe, and you can export or delete customer data at any time.
How children's and customers' information is handled
- Coaches see only the children in their own groups.
- The safety record keeps health notes, photo consent, emergency contacts and who may pick up a child.
- You can export or delete a family's data. Parents and buyers can download or delete their own.
- Card details are handled by Stripe.
- Wellness coaches: do not keep protected health information in notes. PersonaCart is a business tool, not a medical record.
