For youth basketball programs, camps, private trainers and yoga or wellness teachers. What you do, in order, and what each step needs from you. We have not timed it, so we do not promise a number of minutes: it depends on how much you bring with you.
Six steps, in this order
Step 1: Create your account
You need: An email address and a password.
What happens: Your store exists with a checkout and a web address. Academy is already switched on.
Step 2: Connect Stripe
You need: Your Stripe account, or create one during the step.
What happens: Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments go to your own Stripe account.
Step 3: Bring what you have
You need: An export from your old tool, a CSV file or a Google Sheet.
What happens: Products arrive as drafts. Customers and families are checked before anything is saved, and nobody gets an email from an import.
Step 4: Set up your program or your offers
You need: Program: your teams or classes, a season, your waiver, your coaches. Teaching alone: one booking type, a membership or a payment link.
What happens: Coaches get their own login for free. When a parent buys a season, the child is put on the roster.
Step 5: Build your page
You need: Pick a design for basketball, yoga or coaching and change the words and photos.
What happens: Nothing goes live until you publish. You can use your own domain.
Step 6: Share the link and run the first practice
You need: Your link in a message to families, or on social media.
What happens: Parents register and pay. On the day, coaches open Today and take attendance. Parents report absences and you message them in one place.

What it costs
Plans start at $59 a month. Platform fee on sales: Starter 2%, Pro 0.5%, Scale 0%, plus Stripe's card fee. Coaches are free on every paid plan. Text reminders go out through your own Twilio account.
Your data
Cards are handled by Stripe. You can export products, orders and customers, or a full backup, at any time, and delete a customer's data. Coaches see only their own groups.

Do I need technical skills?
No. Every step is a form or a drag-and-drop editor. You never write code.
How long does setup take?
We have not timed it, so we will not promise a number. The six steps above are the whole list. A store with one product is quicker than a club with ten teams.
Can I move from another tool?
Yes. Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Thinkific, Kajabi, a CSV file or a Google Sheet, Mailchimp, Mindbody, Wix, Calendly or Linktree import today. The migrate page lists what comes over from each tool.
What can PieOS do without me?
Answer questions and write drafts. Publishing a page, changing a product or sending a campaign waits for your yes.
