What is BioLink?
What it is
A free link-in-bio page, an alternative to tools like Linktree. One page that holds your links and a tip or payment link, on your own custom domain.
What it is not
BioLink is not the PersonaCart platform. It has no online store, no courses, no Academy and no team seats.

Stripe's card processing fee comes out of every card payment on every plan. Stripe sets it, not PersonaCart, and it is the same whichever plan you choose. See Stripe's US pricing. Your monthly plan price is billed separately. We do not charge per coach or per child.
- On monthly billing, Pro costs $90 more a month than Starter. Its lower fee pays that back once you sell more than $6,000 a month.
- On monthly billing, Scale costs $150 more a month than Pro. Its lower fee pays that back once you sell more than $30,000 a month.

Card numbers go to Stripe, not to us
Checkout runs on Stripe. Card details are typed into Stripe's own form and never stored by PersonaCart. Money lands in your own Stripe account.
You can export and delete customer data
Download your customers and orders whenever you like. Owners and admins can export one family, or erase a whole family or a single child.
Parents and clients control their own account
A buyer can download their own data or delete their own account. Deletion waits 30 days, and they can cancel it in that time.
Cookie choices for your visitors
Your storefront shows a cookie banner where visitors can accept, reject or choose which cookies run.

Questions we hear a lot
Do fees stack up?
There are three costs and nothing hidden: your plan price, your plan's platform fee on each sale, and Stripe's card fee, which Stripe sets. PersonaCart charges nothing per coach, per child or per booking.
What does switching plans cost?
Nothing extra. Change plans from Settings → Billing. Upgrades start immediately and you pay the prorated difference. Downgrades start at the end of your current billing period, and the period you already paid for is not refunded.
Can I bring my customers and courses over?
Yes. Import from a CSV file or Google Sheet, Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Thinkific or Kajabi, or import pages from your current website, or from Mailchimp, Mindbody, Wix, Calendly and Linktree.
What happens to my families' data?
It stays yours. Export it whenever you like, erase a family or a single child, and parents can download or delete their own account. Coaches see only their own groups. Card numbers are handled by Stripe.
Is there a free trial?
New accounts start with a free trial, and you don't enter a card to sign up. When the trial ends, you pick a plan to keep going. Nothing renews on its own.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Renewals that were already charged are not refunded. Export your data first; it is yours to keep.
How do parents and clients pay?
Through Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. The money goes to your own Stripe account. Your PersonaCart plan is billed by card in US dollars.
What support do I get?
Starter includes email support. Pro and Scale include priority support in our Pie Desk chat.
