Refund Policy

PersonaCart operates as a marketplace platform. There are two distinct types of purchases on PersonaCart, each with a different refund policy. Please read carefully to understand which applies to your situation.

Part A — Platform Subscription Fees (Paid to PersonaCart)

This section applies to fees you pay directly to PersonaCart for access to the platform (e.g., creator subscription plans).

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new platform subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with PersonaCart within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Platform Subscription Refund

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Include your account email address and your reason for the refund request
  3. We will review and process your request within 3–5 business days
  4. Refunds are returned to the original payment method

Exceptions — Platform Subscription Refunds

Platform subscription refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the initial subscription date
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
  • Partial-month refunds after the 14-day guarantee period has elapsed
  • Renewal charges (please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged)

Part B — Products Purchased from Creator Stores

This section applies to products or services you buy from individual creator stores hosted on PersonaCart.

PersonaCart is not the seller of products listed in creator stores. Each creator operates their own independent store and sets their own refund and return policy. PersonaCart does not process or adjudicate refund requests for creator store purchases.

Digital Products — Default Position

Digital products (downloads, courses, templates, etc.) sold by creators are by default non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless the creator has explicitly stated a refund policy on their store page.

What to Do if You Have a Problem with a Creator Purchase

  1. Check the creator's store policy before purchasing — refund terms are set by the creator, not by PersonaCart
  2. Contact the creator directly through their store or the contact details they provide
  3. If you believe a creator has engaged in fraudulent conduct, you may report it to us at [email protected] — we will investigate and may take action against the creator's account
