Teachable, Podia, Gumroad and Stan
There is no direct connection. Pick your tool in the app and it shows where its export lives, with a link to their help page; then you drop the file. Members from Gumroad and Stan cannot move, because those companies hold the card details: they subscribe again, and the app gives you an invite message to send.
What does not come over from any tool
- Past orders. You can export orders from PersonaCart, but not import them.
- Saved cards held by another payment company. Those members subscribe again.

What you get once you are in
- Programs: teams and rosters, attendance, signed waivers, parent messages and a free login for every coach.
- Teaching alone: bookings with waitlists, memberships, courses and payment links. No staff needed.
- Your own website and domain, with payments by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe.
- Text reminders go out through your own Twilio account.
How children's and customers' information is handled
- Coaches see only the children in their own groups.
- The safety record keeps health notes, photo consent, emergency contacts and who may pick up a child.
- You can export or delete a family's data. Parents and buyers can download or delete their own.
- Card details are handled by Stripe.
- Wellness coaches: do not keep protected health information in notes. PersonaCart is a business tool, not a medical record.
What it costs after you move
Plans start at $59 a month. Platform fee on sales: Starter 2%, Pro 0.5%, Scale 0%, plus Stripe's card fee. Coaches are free on every paid plan.
Moving out is just as easy
Export products, orders and customers as CSV, your whole catalog as a file you can import again, or a full backup with contacts, orders, bookings and payments. A weekly backup can come to your inbox.
Questions
Will my old store change?
No. Connections only read from it, and you can disconnect at any time.
Do imported products go live?
No. They arrive as drafts until you publish them.
Can I bring my past orders?
Not yet. Products, customers and members can be imported. Orders can be exported from PersonaCart, not imported.
Will my customers get an email?
No. Nobody is emailed because of an import.
