What we keep, and who can see it.
No badges. Just what the product does today.
- Cards go to Stripe
- Card details are typed into Stripe's own payment form on your Stripe account, so they are handled by Stripe.
- Each person sees only their part
- Coaches see only their own groups. Parents see only their own children. Roles: Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer, Support, Coach.
- A safety record per child
- Health notes, photo consent, emergency contacts and who may pick the child up, kept current by the parent.
- Export and delete
- You can export or delete a customer's data. Parents and buyers can download or delete their own data, with a grace period.
- Waivers you can show
- Each signed waiver keeps the typed name and the version that was signed.
- Not a health records system
- PersonaCart is a business tool, not a clinical one. If you are a covered entity, keep protected health information out of notes.

Do I need an academy or a team to use it?
No. A solo teacher or trainer sells sessions, classes, memberships and courses from a store. Use Academy only when you have teams, coaches or children.
How do parents pay? Venmo, Zelle, cash?
Online payments go through Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Cash, Venmo or Zelle can be marked as paid by hand.
Can it send text reminders?
Yes, through your own Twilio account, once a parent opts in. Quiet hours apply and STOP is honoured. PersonaCart does not send marketing texts.
Does it sync with my Google Calendar?
Bookings send calendar invites. With Google Meet connected, a booking is added to your Google Calendar and your busy times block slots. It is not a full two-way sync.
How do I move my data over?
Import customers, products and courses from a CSV file, Google Sheets, Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Thinkific or Kajabi, or from Mailchimp, Mindbody, Wix, Calendly and Linktree.
What is not included yet?
Two-way calendar sync, payment plans and deposits and Venmo or Zelle at checkout.
