BioLink learns to sell and book
Late July was the fortnight BioLink learned to take bookings and sell tickets. This is a written-up look back at what was built.

This is a written-up look back at 19 July-1 August 2026. I put it together in October from the git history of our app repositories, so every item is code on our staging branch. It is not a launch claim. PersonaCart is pre-launch and my own accounts are the main users.
Period covered: 19 July-1 August 2026.
In short
- BioLink gained bookings with several services, paid sessions, recurring weekly classes, and event tickets with a check-in list.
- Buyers got a purchase portal, and a bio page can carry its own Privacy Policy and Terms.
- Behind the scenes: sturdier custom domains, clearer billing, and an importer that turns a product URL into a real product.
What we tried to build
A coach's link-in-bio page is where a follower decides to pay. Until now BioLink could list links and capture leads. We wanted a follower to be able to book a session, pay, and get what they bought, all from that one page, and for the coach to see who is coming.
See the product overview on the BioLink page.
What we built in BioLink
- Bookings with several services. One page can offer more than one service, each with its own availability. Free bookings send a branded confirmation email and notify the coach.
- Paid sessions. A buyer can pay for a session on a pay page that matches the creator's theme. The money path is built: a checkout for a bio page, and a success page for digital items.
- Recurring classes. One product can create a series of weekly sessions.
- In-person events with tickets. There is an Events tab, public ticketing, and an attendee list the creator uses to check people in.
- A list of participants. You can invite people to a booking and see their status.
- Reminders for the coach. Alerts before a session, which stay correct when a session is rescheduled.
- A guest purchase portal. A buyer enters a one-time code and sees their purchases, and can cancel a bio membership. The portal carries the creator's brand.
- Digital delivery. A payment link can deliver more than one file, and a digital product made inside a block becomes a real payment link you can reuse.
- Coupons and reviews on BioLink products.
- Legal pages. The creator can write their own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, shown on the public page, and the pay page asks for consent before payment.
- Memberships can be sold through a recurring payment link.
- Fees. BioLink has its own fee tiers. I am not typing the numbers here; the pricing page is the source.
Domains, billing and imports
- Domains. Bare (apex) domains are supported with a dedicated edge address. A domain that is waiting on DNS is checked again until it works, and the creator gets an email about things that happen while they are away. A page can also point you to the right place to change your DNS records.
- Billing. An upgrade coupon box, a receipt email for plan charges with the invoice attached, a CSV export of billing, an email code before destructive plan changes, and an in-app notice when a plan changes. A Billing FAQ page replaced a dead end.
- Import. Paste a product URL and get a real product, not a page. Shopify, WooCommerce and OpenCart are handled, and there is a queue so you can submit many URLs and watch them.
- Media folders. The shared library got folders you can create, rename, move files into, and filter by.
- Email. Product emails let a creator switch off auto-generated sections.
What it means for a coach or academy
A trainer who runs private sessions can now imagine the whole loop from one link: the follower sees the services, books a slot, pays, and gets a reminder. A group trainer can sell tickets to a clinic and check people in at the door. These are the parts of the BioLink page that make it a booking page and not just a list of links.
The Academy is a separate product for teams, rosters and parents. BioLink is for individual offers.
What is next
The next fortnight is shorter and leans on courses: the free AI course generator and richer lessons. That is the next post.

Frequently asked questions
Can a follower pay for a session from my bio page?
The pay rail for BioLink sessions was built in this period: a booking, a pay page in your theme and a confirmation. It is on our staging branch and not announced as launched.
Can I sell tickets to an in-person event?
The code supports events with public ticketing and an attendee list for check-in. Treat it as built, not yet launched.
What does BioLink cost?
I have not typed numbers in this post because they change. The [pricing page](/pricing) shows the current BioLink and store pricing.
